An AI agent without hard limits is a liability in a clinical setting. These are the limits we shipped DARA with, in writing.
Diagnose patients
The dentist remains the diagnostic authority. DARA surfaces evidence and AI X-ray findings — it does not issue diagnoses or treatment decisions.
Send WhatsApp messages to patients without approval
DARA can draft reminders, recall messages, and treatment-plan follow-ups. They sit in a review queue until you tap Send.
Change or delete your records
DARA answers questions; it does not write to your data. Deleting a patient, cancelling an invoice or issuing a refund is done by a person in the relevant screen, and every such action is written to the audit log.
