Opening
This is Dentospire — practice management software for dental clinics. It runs the whole clinic, front desk to chair. Patients book their own appointments. Charting is per tooth. You dictate, and your notes come back as a structured SOAP note, in your language. GST invoices, WhatsApp reminders — all of it is here. Every dental clinic software says it has AI. Almost none will show you that AI working on a real film. So: one X-ray, one chart, one edit.
Upload and analyse
All we do is upload the X-ray. One click, and it reports what it finds. The findings are built for dentistry — dental findings, dental terminology, tooth numbers, written the way a dentist would write them.
First X-ray — results
We uploaded the X-ray and clicked Analyse. It came back with two findings. Tooth forty-eight — a large radiolucency associated with the impacted forty-eight, extending to forty-six. Suggestive of an odontogenic cyst or tumour. Tooth eighteen — distoangular impaction, at the maxillary tuberosity. One more click, and every finding goes onto the chart.
Second X-ray
It has picked up the findings on the teeth and on the implant, with the tooth numbers. If a tooth number is off, or a finding does not match the film in front of you, edit it right there. That correction goes back into the loop for your clinic — next time, it reads closer to the way you read. It will not catch everything, and we will not pretend that it does. That is also why the whole module still works with the AI switched off, if you would rather mark the film yourself.
