Setting up, or in the first year of practice
Opening a new clinic
A new practice has the opposite problem to an established one. There is no decade of paper to import, which makes starting easy; but there is also no revenue yet, which makes any monthly fee a real decision. The right move is to start on something you will not outgrow, without paying for scale you do not have.
What usually goes wrong
- Every rupee is committed before the first patient walks in
- No idea yet which features will matter in practice
- Setting up procedures, fees and templates from scratch takes evenings you do not have
- Getting found locally matters more than anything inside the software
What Dentospire does about it
Free until the practice is real
The free plan runs to 200 patients with the clinical features included — charting, AI X-ray review, voice notes, DARA, GST billing. Not a countdown trial that ends before the practice does.
Start with templates, not a blank system
Treatment-plan templates, a prescription catalogue of common dental medicines, consent-form templates and a procedure list with fees come preloaded, so the first week is adjusting defaults rather than authoring them.
A clinic website without a separate project
A public clinic page with your details and booking is part of the product on paid plans, so getting found does not become a second vendor and a second bill.
Room to grow into
The same system covers multi-branch, lab management, insurance and inventory when you need them. Growing does not mean migrating again.
What it costs
Start free. Paid plans are annual and priced per clinic rather than per seat, so adding an assistant does not increase the bill.
