Every clinic, including Free, gets a free ready-made website: publish it with your services, doctors and a Book button that shows your real free slots. Clinics in India can also share a WhatsApp booking link, so a patient who finds you in the evening can book without waiting for the clinic to open.
Room to grow without moving again
Inventory, lab orders, reports, insurance claims and multi-branch live in the same system, so a growing clinic changes its plan rather than moving its records a second time. Insurance claims need the Pro plan and multi-branch needs Enterprise.
How it works
- Sign up and choose your country. It sets the currency, tax label and time zone, and whether Indian GST applies to your bills.
- Add the clinic's name, specialty, address and phone, then set your fees on the procedure list Dentospire starts you with.
- Invite your team with the permissions each person needs, such as the Receptionist preset for the front desk.
- See your first patients from the calendar and run visits in Fast Mode, with consent taken before treatment.
- When you are ready, publish the clinic website and share your booking link.
Safety and control
- A patient's address, allergies, medical conditions, medications and notes are encrypted before they are stored.
- Finance, clinical notes, reports and data export are separate permissions, so a new hire sees only what their job needs.
- From Settings → Backup, someone with the data export permission can download all clinic data as an Excel workbook or a password-protected backup file.
- New invoices, payments, refunds and consent signatures are written to an audit log with who did them.

- Treatment plans and custom branding need a paid plan; every clinic gets a free ready-made website, while a custom design and own domain are paid extras. The pricing page lists what each plan includes.
- Clinics in India pay in rupees and clinics elsewhere pay in US dollars.
- Patient WhatsApp and SMS work for clinics in India only; email works everywhere.
