Reminders without a receptionist
Patients booked for tomorrow are reminded on their own: on WhatsApp with SMS as a fallback for clinics in India, and by email wherever you have their address. Overnight, appointments nobody attended are marked as no-shows, so the next day's list starts clean.
Bills that are ready for the accountant
Invoices split GST into CGST and SGST or IGST as you raise them and take part payments. At month end the Tally file and the GSTR-1 report come from those same bills, so tax time is a download rather than a weekend of retyping. Clinics outside India get a single tax line.
Ready for the day you hire help
When an assistant joins, give them the Receptionist preset — appointments, patient details and payments, with no clinical notes, finance reports or settings — and widen it later if you need to. Your records do not have to change when your team does.

- Sign up on the Free plan and choose your country; it sets your currency, tax label and time zone, and whether Indian GST applies.
- Fill in the clinic's name, address and phone, and adjust the list of common procedures Dentospire adds for you to your own fees.
- Book patients on the calendar, and add walk-ins as they arrive.
- Run each visit in Fast Mode, dictating the notes when your hands are busy.
- Before closing, check Bills for anything unpaid; at month end, download the Tally and GSTR-1 files for your accountant.

Safety and control
- Everything saves to one patient record, so there is no second copy in a register or a WhatsApp thread to drift out of step.
- Consent comes before treatment in Fast Mode, signed on screen or printed for a pen signature.
- A patient's address, allergies, medical conditions, medications and notes are encrypted before they are stored.
- If the internet drops, you can keep viewing patient data; changes wait until you are back online.
