What you get

• Seven steps in one flow — patient, visit, consent, treatment, payment, prescription, then a summary of what was recorded — with consent placed before treatment rather than after it
• The patient picker opens on today's people: everyone booked in, everyone already seen, and everyone registered today, so the usual case needs no search at all
• A new patient can be registered by speaking — dictation offers ten languages, English alongside nine Indian ones, and every field it fills lands in the normal registration form for you to correct before you save it
• The tooth chart on the visit step writes the same dental-chart record as the patient page, through the same server actions — so a tooth marked at the chair shows up on that patient's clinical page, appends that finding and tooth number to the diagnosis line the dentist is writing, and drafts an editable treatment row on the next step
• An X-ray picked or captured at the chair comes back as a list of findings with checkboxes — decision support only: nothing reaches the tooth chart until the dentist reviews the list, unticks whatever does not apply and presses Add to chart, and findings carrying no tooth number never reach it at all
• Old dues from earlier visits can be collected inside the same visit, receipted against the actual old invoices oldest first — never folded into today's bill, which would misstate it for GST
• A follow-up sitting can start from the previous visit's complaint, diagnosis and treatments, or from the last prescription's medicines — dropped into editable fields, never saved on your behalf
• Clinical text you have typed is kept as a per-patient draft for 24 hours, so a browser closed mid-visit does not take the note with it
