What you get

• A plan is a named list of steps in the order you will do them, each with its own teeth and its own cost, reorderable before you save
• Ten built-in multi-visit templates — root canal, implant, crown and bridge, ortho, complete denture and more — each with numbered steps and the gap in days between visits; your clinic can save its own alongside them
• Applying a template writes the plan and the treatment records together, so a long case starts fully filled in rather than typed out step by step
• Starting a step from the plan creates the matching treatment on the patient's record and links the two together, so the procedure is never re-typed into the treatment list
• The plan prints on your letterhead with the step list, what is done so far, the estimated total, and doctor and patient signature lines
• The same itemised plan can be sent to the patient on WhatsApp, so they have the figures in writing before they decide
• Remove a step and the plan total recalculates on the spot, so the figure on the card, on the printed estimate and in the WhatsApp message is always the same number
• Turning the plan into a quotation copies every step across as a numbered draft, and that quotation converts to a bill exactly once — a second attempt is refused and names the invoice that already exists
