Patient Loyalty Cards & Referrals

What you get

• Individual, family and corporate card types, each set up as either a flat percentage off or a points balance the patient earns and spends
• A card set to a flat percentage is applied by the billing screen without anyone having to remember it, and prints on the invoice as its own 'Loyalty discount' line rather than disappearing into the general discount
• Points are never spent on the patient's behalf — redeeming a balance is a decision someone makes at the counter, so the amount to redeem is entered rather than assumed
• One patient can be given their own discount rate and their own expiry date, without changing the card every other patient is on
• Print the card with the holder's name, card number, validity and terms, or send the patient the same details on WhatsApp
• One printed QR for the whole clinic — the patient enters their name and mobile number and the card is issued on the spot; scanning it again returns the card they already have rather than restarting the clock
• Points move with the money — a refunded bill takes back the points it earned, and voiding a bill returns the points it spent
• Separately from your patients' cards, your own referral code earns Dentospire Points once a dentist you referred is genuinely running their clinic on Dentospire, and those points can go towards your own plan
