What you get

• Stock in, stock out and corrections are written as ledger entries — purchased, consumed or adjusted — each showing who recorded it and when, on their own Stock Log page
• A treatment marked complete deducts its own materials: set the list a procedure consumes once, and completing that procedure takes the stock down and writes the ledger row
• The reorder page works off the last 90 days of your own consumption — average monthly use, how many days of stock is left, and a suggested order quantity with the material's supplier alongside it
• Expiry dates flag Expired and Expiring on the list, and a daily check sends the clinic's owner and doctors an in-app alert with the soonest items due within 30 days and the value tied up in them
• Receiving a purchase order adds the quantities straight onto the matching materials and logs them as purchased; receiving the same order a second time adds nothing
• Recording use or a correction by hand is refused if it would take the balance below zero, rather than quietly clamped, and the row is locked while the balance changes, so two people recording use at the same moment cannot spend the same stock twice
• Share the stock list on screen to WhatsApp, or print it, straight from the inventory page
