**Presentation** An 18-year-old male patient presented for comprehensive dental rehabilitation requiring extensive multi-disciplinary treatment approach involving oral surgery, endodontics, and prosthodontics. **History & Examination** The patient had no documented medical allergies or systemic conditions. Clinical examination revealed multiple dental issues requiring coordinated treatment planning. Intraoral periapical (IOPA) radiographs were taken to assess the extent of pathology and plan appropriate interventions. The patient required extraction of a compromised tooth, endodontic therapy for a posterior tooth, and prosthodontic rehabilitation. **Diagnosis** Multiple dental pathologies requiring: - Simple extraction of non-restorable tooth - Endodontic treatment of molar/premolar with irreversible pulpitis - Prosthodontic rehabilitation with fixed prosthetics - Orthodontic correction with metal braces **Management** Treatment was initiated with diagnostic IOPA radiographs followed by simple extraction of the compromised tooth. Post-extraction care instructions were provided emphasizing no spitting for 24 hours, avoiding rinsing, ice application, soft diet, and gauze compression for 30 minutes to ensure proper clot formation. Concurrently, root canal treatment was initiated for the affected molar/premolar. The treatment plan includes placement of a metal crown following endodontic completion. A metal bridge is planned to replace the extracted tooth, restoring function and aesthetics. Orthodontic treatment with metal braces was commenced to address malocclusion and optimize the overall treatment outcome. This comprehensive approach ensures proper alignment before final prosthodontic rehabilitation. **Outcome** The extraction has been completed successfully with appropriate healing. Root canal treatment, crown placement, bridge work, and orthodontic treatment are currently in progress. Sequential treatment timing is crucial for optimal outcomes. **Learning Points** 1. **Multi-disciplinary Planning**: Complex cases in young adults require coordinated treatment sequencing between oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and orthodontics 2. **Post-extraction Care**: Proper patient education regarding post-surgical care (no spitting, soft diet, ice application) is essential for uneventful healing 3. **Treatment Timing**: In comprehensive cases, the sequence of treatments significantly impacts final outcomes - orthodontics may precede or follow prosthodontic rehabilitation depending on individual case requirements **Tags:** [Dentistry], [Multi-disciplinary-treatment], [Endodontics], [Prosthodontics], [Orthodontics], [Young-adult-rehabilitation]
